Royce Blair

Royce Blair has over a decade of experience in the transport industry, currently serving as the Outside Repair/Breakdown Manager at Moore Transport since February 2018. In this role, Royce is responsible for establishing a breakdown department and developing a vendor list to manage breakdowns across the company, while focusing on improving vendor relationships to reduce repair costs. Previously, Royce worked as the Shop Manager at Jack Cooper Transport from May 2011 to February 2018, overseeing the maintenance and repair of over 180 car haul semis and all terminal trucks, while managing a team of 27 mechanics. Royce holds an Associate's degree in Tool and Die Technology/Technician from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne, earned between 1997 and 2000.
