Adrian has over 25 years' Marketing and Customer Strategy experience ensuring the customer is at the heart of every decision.

Adrian helps organizations achieve an in-depth understanding of their customer and their needs and how the organization can meet these needs. He has delivered major customer transformation, including new market entry, service innovation, customer segmentation, and channel alignment.

Adrian has worked both in consulting with Cap Gemini, as well as holding senior Marketing roles including a strategy at O2.

Adrian loves to be creative out of work. He drums love animal photography, paints on the iPad is a qualified baker and loves to run.
