Anna Rissen

A senior leader with eighteen years’ experience in delivering sustainable change for public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally.

Anna leads their People & Change service line, building on her track record of successfully supporting organizations to transform services in response to complex economic or political change. Anna helps clients to successfully deliver their transformation vision and objectives, by combining a focus on strategic outcomes with a pragmatic approach to implementation.

Her experience includes portfolio and program management, change management, operating model and organizational design, workforce optimization, and process re-engineering. She has strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in managing complex, high-pressure engagements.

Anna brings the significant recent experience of delivering transformation within the health sector, supporting organizations at all levels of the system, regulators, commissioners, and providers to deliver their strategic ambitions by designing and implementing successful change programs.

Passionate about the most sport she has recently found a way to combine this interest along with an opportunity to give back to the local community by becoming a Trustee of the London Youth Games.
