Lauren Nicholls

Lauren is a client-focused Manager at Moorhouse, within our Energy and Utilities team, who has eight years of experience in delivering business transformations and corporate strategies.

She specializes in working with organizations to unpick their problems until the root cause is evident, before then building back the most efficient and effective solution for all of the stakeholders involved. Lauren prides herself on consistently delivering service excellence for clients such as National Grid, Smart DCC, the Retail Energy Code, and Calvin Capital to name a few within the industry. Most recently, Lauren’s meticulous oversight and agile ways of working were called to service on behalf of the UK Government to support the International Arrivals Department with defining and executing the policy intention to introduce ‘Green List’ countries and the concept of ‘Amber Vaccinated’.

She is very passionate about community reach back and volunteers with several schemes to help mentor and develop the next generation.
