Kristi worked as a Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner (contractor) at Code42 for a little under 4 years. In August 2018, they left to join Cardinal Peak as a Sr. Technical Recruiter (contractor). Kristi helped SendGrid through high growth from 10 to 50 people during their time there.

Kristi Mark joined Moov Financial as a Manager of Talent Acquisition in November 2020.
