Ernesto Leonel Castello has held a variety of roles in the business and technology sectors. In 1994, they began their career as a Product Manager at NCR Corporation, a North American multinational specialized in systems for the retail and banking industries. In 1999, they became the General Manager and Commercial Manager at VEKA, a German multinational with a global presence that produces and distributes a UPVC profiling system for windows and carpentry. In 2013, they transitioned to IFS Logistics as their CFO, responsible for the financial aspects of the corporation and the coordination of the Controllers team of the subsidiaries. In 2016, they founded La Paliteria, a chain of retail stores for popsicles, and was responsible for concept development, launch planning, production system design, plant installation, assembly of premises and franchise program development. Ernesto Leonel Castello has a varied educational background. In 1993, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano. From 2006 to 2007, they completed a Postdegree in Management Development from the same university. In 2018, they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Consulting from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In 2019, they completed an Instruction to Java Script course from CodeAcademy and a Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation Contact Center Management from Universidad de Belgrano. In 2022, they are expected to obtain a certification in Cryptocurrency Forecasting using Machine Learning in PowerBI from Coursera.
