Marco Delgado

Marco Delgado has worked in the operations field since 2013. Marco started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Process Engineer, where they reduced paint stains on the product due to process deviation by 96%. In 2019, they began working for Levis Strauss as a Sr Operations and Continuous Improvement Supervisor. That same year, they joined DHL Supply Chain as a Distribution and Operations Manager, where they launched the retail account for Sephora and managed the inbound and outbound operation, QA staff, SHE, inventories and HR. In 2021, they moved to Cargamos as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the startup of the warehouse in CDMX and managing inbound, outbound, cross-dock and delivery points, staff, automation, inventories, and monitoring. Currently, they are an Operations Lead at MOOVA.

Marco Delgado is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration - MBA program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a focus in Finanzas, general. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree from Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Cuautitlan Izcalli between 2007 and 2011, with a focus in Ingeniería industrial. Marco also holds certifications from Shinten Consulting and E-leansigma, including PDCA obtained in May 2019, Six Sigma Black Belt obtained in March 2019, and control estadístico de procesos.
