Aline Fogel

Aline Fogel serves as the Sr People & Culture Business Partner at Moove Europe since February 2019, bringing extensive human resources experience from various roles in notable organizations. Aline's previous positions include Performance Consultant and HR Business Partner at Raízen, where strategic HR practices were developed for a large workforce, and HR Business Partner at Vale, leading HR initiatives during significant organizational changes and mergers. Aline also held roles as an Innovation Strategy Consultant at Microwd and as President of the IE Brazilian Club while pursuing an MBA at IE Business School. Educational credentials include two MBAs, one from IE Business School and another from Fundação Dom Cabral, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Winnipeg and UERJ.
