Clara Ramos

Clara Ramos is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Moove since July 2019, where Clara leads the global talent acquisition strategy encompassing executive search, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives in Brazil. Previously, Clara held the position of HR Coordinator and Business Partner, focusing on generalist HR functions in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Coca Cola Andina Brasil, supporting industrial, quality, and security teams, as well as working as an HR Analyst at MSA Consulting, specializing in recruitment and assessment projects for various clients. Clara holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and has completed specialization in Psychoanalysis.
