Leandra Coutinho

Leandra Coutinho currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Moove. Leandra has nearly 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Coutinho started their career as a Human Resource Consultant (Contract) at IGT Solutions in July 2021. There, they were responsible for all induction-related activities of Senior Management globally. This included handling internal recruitment associated to expansion in new locations, as well as existing locations. Leandra also supported new market research on matters relating to human resources, such as preparing proposals with data relating to leaves, vacation, labour laws, and compensation among other things associated to the location in discussion.

In September 2021, Coutinho transitioned to their current role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Moove. In this role, they are responsible for managing the talent acquisition process from end-to-end, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, and executing creative sourcing strategies.

Leandra Coutinho has a high school diploma from Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science in Goa. Leandra has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the same school. Leandra also has a master's degree in psychology with a focus on human resource development and management from Christ University in Bangalore. Finally, they have a degree in employment law from Cornell University ILR School.

Leandra Coutinho reports to Annie Egbara PHRi, Talent Acquisition Lead. They work with Sbusiso Khumalo - Onboarding Specialist, Sylvia Wamuyu Mithamo - Onboarding Officer, and Olajumoke Susan Idowu - Onboarding Officer.
