Taiwo Judah-Ajayi is a human resources professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Taiwo has worked in various industries and countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Uganda, and Rwanda.

Judah-Ajayi began their career as a director and consultant for Arkminster Limited in 2010. In this role, they provided consulting services for clients in the areas of HR strategy, HR operations, and change management. Taiwo also implemented HRIS systems and led performance management initiatives.

In 2015, Judah-Ajayi became the head of shared services for The House of Freedom Nigeria. In this role, they were responsible for leading the team that provided HR services to all employees of the organization. Taiwo also implemented an HR transformation program that included an HR audit, HRIS implementation, LMS implementation, performance management playbook, and employee policy creation.

In December 2015, Judah-Ajayi joined Andela as the senior director of people. In this role, they oversaw the team of people directors and managers in Africa and was responsible for creating an environment where Andelans could thrive. Taiwo also developed people strategies that aligned with Andela's business objectives.

In May 2019, Judah-Ajayi left Andela to join GOKADA as the chief people officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the team in all HR areas, including talent strategy and management, employee experience, learning and development, HR operations, and

Taiwo Judah-Ajayi received their MSc in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool. Taiwo also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of Lagos. In addition, they have received certification from LinkedIn in Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials, SHRM in SHRM- SCP, and PRINCE 2 in PRINCE 2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Taiwo is also SAP certified in the SAP Financial Accounting Module.
