Mike Psenka

Mike Psenka has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Mike is currently the CEO/President of Moovila, a cloud-based solution that facilitates effective collaboration on projects and day-to-day activities. Prior to this, Mike worked at Equifax as the SVP Workforce Analytics, where they successfully integrated their previous business, eThority, into the company and held general management and profit and loss responsibilities. Mike founded eThority and served as its CEO/President, growing it into a profitable business intelligence and analytics software company. Before that, they founded Universal Data Solutions, a consulting and custom software development firm specializing in delivering applications to higher-education and healthcare institutions. Mike started their career at PwC as a consultant, working on implementing financial systems from legacy mainframes to UNIX-based solutions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, leading successful businesses and delivering innovative solutions to various industries.

Mike Psenka earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, attending from 1987 to 1991.
