Parker Sox has a strong background in product management and customer success. Starting in 2011, Parker worked as a Business Solutions Specialist at Ultimate Staffing Services for two years. In 2013, Parker joined Blackbaud as a Support Relationship Manager, where they managed accounts and maintained critical relationships with strategic clients. Parker then transitioned to Equifax Workforce Solutions in 2015, initially serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Director of Product Management for the ACA product lines. In this role, Parker developed and executed plans to support the Affordable Care Act, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader. From 2019 until 2021, Parker served as the Director of Product Management for the Employer Services division, leading the go-to-market strategies for new products and add-on features. Currently, Parker is the VP of Product at Moovila, where they continue to shape product strategies and drive revenue growth.
