Igor Makarov

Igor Makarov is an experienced software developer with a strong background in mobile and application development. Currently serving as a Senior iOS App Developer at Moovit since March 2014, Makarov has played a critical role in developing the location tracking module for the Live Navigation feature and has contributed to various major framework modules within the application. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Application Developer at Citi from March 2013 to March 2014, and as a Windows App Developer at Soluto, where Makarov developed the front-end for agent software and explored Windows 8 as a platform for development. Makarov began a career as a Developer in the IDF from September 2005 to August 2011, focusing on software optimization and numerical modeling. Makarov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
