Kelsey Chin, CPA, CGA

Kelsey Chin, CPA, CGA has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were the President & CEO of KMC Capital Corp. Kelsey then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Clean Air Metals Inc. and Gatekeeper Systems Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the roles of Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary for Canadian Palladium Resources Inc., General Gold Resources Inc., Versus Systems, Moovly, Intrepid Financial, and US Cobalt Inc. Additionally, they were the Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Imagination Park Entertainment in 2016.

Kelsey Chin holds a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from The University of British Columbia in Accounting and Business/Management.
