Loren Katzman

Loren Katzman has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, serving as a Development Agent and Franchise Owner at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes since July 2011. Responsibilities include real estate site selection, labor management, operations, scheduling, and P&L administration, along with promotional event planning and human resources. Prior experience includes ownership and operation of Instant Replay & Carmine's Little Italy from February 1994 to February 1996, focusing on gaming operations, sports events promotions, and extensive marketing and public relations. Loren Katzman holds a degree from San Diego State University.
