Phally POR

Phally POR has worked in the banking and finance industry since 2000. Phally began their career at Indochina Research Ltd. as a Fieldwork Supervisor and Senior Fieldwork Supervisor between 2000 and 2004. Phally then moved to Amret Microfinance Institution, where they served as a Product Development Officer and Deputy Head of Marketing & Communications from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they joined VisionFund (Cambodia) as Head of Business Development, a role they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at WB Finance Co., Ltd (Formerly VisionFund Cambodia) as Head of Business Development. Phally is currently a Shareholder and Co-Founder at Morakot Technology and General Manager (Head, Business Development) at Woori Bank Cambodia.

Phally POR obtained a Professional Certificate in Microfinance from the Boulder Institute of Microfinance in 2010. From 2007 to 2008, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Build Bright University. From 1996 to 2000, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance and Accounting from the National University of Management. Lastly, from 1995 to 1999, they earned a BA in Geography from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
