Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Moralbox Training Matrix and an Advisor at Insights Media, Paul also manages Global Learning Services at ERM. Previous positions include Non Executive Board Member at Badminton Scotland, Director of Learning and Organisational Development at ForHousing, and Interim Head of Learning and Development at SIG plc. With a proven track record in transforming L&D functions and driving innovative learning solutions, Paul has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including HR transformation initiatives at Diageo and enhancing customer experience at Kallidus. Paul’s educational background includes a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and graduation from Millfield School.
