Lahiru Nimeshka

Lahiru Nimeshka is a Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronic Systems Engineering) graduate from the University of Moratuwa, with a strong background in creative roles within various IEEE organizations. Currently serving in the News Operation Pillar at Moraspirit Initiative since August 2019, Lahiru previously held the position of Vice Chairman at the IEEE RAS Student Branch Chapter at the University of Moratuwa from July 2020 to July 2021, and contributed to event design as a committee member in the IEEE Student Branch from September 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, Lahiru was involved as a member of the Creative Content Team for the IEEE Techno Meetup Sri Lanka from May 2020 to May 2021, demonstrating a passion for technology and photography throughout these experiences.
