Milena Jacimovic

Milena Jacimovic, MBA, currently serves as the HR Business Partner at Moravacem and President of the Board Members at COTRUGLI Alumni klub Srbija, while also founding Beesource Group and BeeHR. Previously, Milena held the position of Senior Recruiter for EMEA and Country Subject Matter Expert for TA teams Serbia at AMS, as well as Senior HR Professionalist and Deputy HR Manager at SMP Automotive Global. Milena's career began with various roles, including Recruitment Specialist at LEONI and a Lifeguard Manager at High Sierra Pools. Academically, Milena has earned a Master's in Sports Medicine and multiple certifications, including a Master NLP and an IATF Internal Lead Auditor designation.
