Katrina Hancock

Katrina Hancock is a fundraising strategy consultant with extensive experience in campaign development and major gift strategies. Currently serving as a Partner at More Partnership since June 2023, Katrina previously held roles such as Associate Partner at Jersey Hospice Care and Director of Income Generation as a self-employed strategy and fundraising consultant, working with notable clients including Oxford University Museum of Natural History and Langham Partnership UKI. Katrina's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Development at Exeter College, Oxford, where a career that began in youth and children's work at St Michael's Church culminated in significant development roles from 2004 to 2017. Katrina holds a Master's degree in Earth Sciences from Exeter College, Oxford, and a foundational education from King's High School, Warwick.
