Jovitha D'Souza

Jovitha D'souza currently serves as the Head of Retail Learning at More Retail Private Limited since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jovitha held multiple positions at Health & Glow starting from October 2017, including Head of Learning and Development & Beauty Services Design and Head of Learning and Development. Additionally, Jovitha worked at Aditya Birla Retail Limited as HR - Talent Management & Engagement from September 2015 to September 2017, and at Future Group - Future Human Development Ltd. as Sr. Consultant - Training Consultancy and Audit from December 2008 to March 2011. Jovitha began the professional journey at Reliance as Deputy Manager - Talent Transformation from March 2006 to December 2008. An MBA in Human Resource was attained from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research between 2004 and 2006.
