Nikhil Abrol

Nikhil Abrol currently serves as the Merchandising Head at More Retail Private Limited, overseeing the buying and merchandising for Staples and Dairy categories nationally. Prior roles include Category Head for Branded Staples at More Retail, and various positions at udaan.com, where responsibilities encompassed leading Category Trade Marketing, managing Private Brands, and directing the Ready to Cook and Culinary Categories. Nikhil began the professional journey at Conagra Brands, managing key accounts and leading business in the Haryana region, following experiences at Dabur India Limited and other notable firms. Nikhil holds an MBA in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, as well as a B.Com (Hons) in Marketing and HR from Delhi University.
