Nicholas Ventura

Nicholas Ventura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government contract management and youth development. Currently serving as a Senior Government Contract Manager at More Than Words since September 2021, Nicholas oversees a diverse portfolio of seven government contracts, including those with the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Mental Health, while managing invoicing and outcomes in Salesforce. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions such as Youth Development Manager and Transition Pathway Services Advocate, where responsibilities included supporting young adults with disabilities and creating peer mentoring programs. Additional experience includes roles as a Bilingual Paraprofessional, Visitor Service Associate, and multiple internships focusing on education and community engagement. Nicholas holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University, as well as an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Marian Court College.
