Kim Oatman

Kim Oatman is the AVP Facilities Operations at Morehead State University. Kim has been in this position since May of 1993. Prior to that, they were a Science Teacher at Morgan County Schools TN from August of 1989 to May of 1993. There, they taught biology, chemistry, physics, physical science, general science, and ecology. Kim is currently teacher-certified in TN and KY.

Kim Oatman has a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Kim also holds a BA in Anthropology and an MS in Curriculum & Instruction from the same school. Kim is certified to teach biology, chemistry, and American history in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.

They work with Cynthia Hunt - Internal Auditor, Mary Fister-Tucker - VP, Fiscal Services, and Russell F. Mast - VP for Student Affairs. Kim Oatman reports to Joseph A. Morgan, President.
