Doreen Ding

Doreen Ding is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations in management and administrative roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials since October 2021, Doreen previously held senior HR positions at companies including eBest Mobile and WWP Beauty, as well as the role of Sr. HR & Admin Manager at RPC Group Limited. With a strong background in recruitment, compensation and benefits management, people development, and organizational restructuring, Doreen has successfully implemented several HR initiatives and projects to enhance workforce effectiveness. Prior experience includes HR management at Silgan Closures and Vegra GmbH, along with foundational HR coordination roles at AT&S and CeramTec. Doreen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from East China Normal University.
