Earl Weiss

Earl Weiss is an experienced culinary and operations professional, currently serving as the Cafe Operations Manager for Morgan Auto Group since December 2017, overseeing the daily operations of cafes at Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota. Prior to this role, Earl Weiss was the General Manager at Timberpines Country Club from July 2010 to November 2017, focusing on operational improvements and profitability. As Executive Chef at Hawks Cay Resort from April 2005 to August 2010, Earl Weiss managed six food outlets and contributed to the resort's top ranking in Florida. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Jackson's Bistro Bar & Sushi from March 2000 to April 2005, where Earl Weiss played a pivotal role in menu development and kitchen design.
