Keith McCown is an employment law attorney advising and defending employers across many industry sectors including high tech, public utilities, manufacturing, service sector, health care, financial services, retail, transportation, independent schools, insurance, cities and towns, and public agencies. He counsels clients on virtually every employment law issue, including workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wage & hour, Family and Medical Leave Act, and disability and accommodation claims, to name just a few. He handles cases in the Federal and State courts, before Federal and State regulatory agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution venues such as arbitration and mediation. As a certified trainer through the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Keith provides employment training for clients on critical issues facing employers. With sophisticated employment experience, Keith is often invited to provide lectures to many organizations.

Keith is part of a solid core of attorneys at Morgan, Brown & Joy with deep experience in traditional union-management labor law, private and public sector. In this element of his practice, Keith handles collective bargaining, grievances and arbitration, unfair labor practice proceedings, representation elections, election campaigns, and union avoidance advice.

A partner with the firm since 1987, Keith has been involved with employment and labor law since his first professional job in 1975 and worked at a large firm as a litigator before coming to Morgan, Brown & Joy in 1982.
