Maryam Hadi

Maryam Hadi is currently an Associate Editor at BMC series within Springer Nature Group, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Maryam has been a Book Author for Morgan & Claypool Publishers since November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at UCL from January 2017 to January 2020, focusing on the efficacy of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) in combination with nanoparticle formulation in murine models of pancreatic tumors, as well as developing multistimulus-responsive nanoparticles for optimizing SDT in prostate cancer. Maryam also worked as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at UCL, where responsibilities included demonstrating research techniques to MSc students and assessing practical examinations. Maryam holds a PhD in Nanomedicine and Responsive Oncotherapeutics from UCL, attained in August 2023, and a Master's degree in Cancer Therapeutics from Queen Mary University of London, completed in August 2016.
