David Rimel

David Rimel has a diverse work experience in various roles related to risk management and safety. David served as the Vice President of Risk Management at Morgan Corp. from December 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of EHS from February 2014 to December 2023, where they established safety standards and achieved safety proficiency through critical observation and leadership. David also worked as Safety Manager at Morgan Corp. from July 2011 to February 2014.

Before joining Morgan Corp., David Rimel was the owner of SCI, where they directed safety for multi-site companies and advised client executives on safety planning and risk management. David also worked as a Program Developer and Safety Manager, responsible for writing customized safety manuals and guiding companies in the development and implementation of their safety programs. Additionally, they served as a Business Development and Program Auditor, where they reformatted safety manuals and developed marketing strategies.

David Rimel also has experience as the Business Owner of Rimel Fine Custom Homes, where they constructed custom homes and developed plans for marketing, business development, and client relations.

David Rimel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Carolina University between 2018 and 2020. David also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate, which they completed between 1992 and 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rimel has certifications as a Certified Environmental, Safety & Health Trainer (CET) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, obtained in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
