Justin Miller

Justin Miller, PE, PMP, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Raleigh Division Manager at Morgan Corp. since June 2009, where responsibilities include leading operations and team growth in eastern North Carolina and southern Virginia. Prior roles at Morgan Corp. include Project Manager and Project Engineer, overseeing various project management tasks and performing estimating functions. Previous experience encompasses positions as a Laborer at C.T. Wilson Construction, ACI/NCDOT Field Technician Test Administrator at North Carolina State University, and internships in construction and surveying. Justin Miller holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
