Carol Schmidt is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since December 1996, Carol has served as the Senior Director at Morgan Hunter, specializing in placing experienced Human Resources professionals in both direct hire and contract positions, while also co-managing the Administrative, Human Resources, and Education Divisions. Prior to this role, Carol worked as an Employment Assistant at Koch Industries from August 1995 to October 1996, where recruitment of college engineers and assistance in the summer internship program were key responsibilities. Carol began the career journey as an Employment Coordinator at KETCH Employment Services from August 1994 to August 1995, aiding adults in their job search through training and placement. Carol holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Emporia State University.
