Dr. Mohammad Ta'Amnha Ph.d, Sphri, Gphr, Shrm-Cp, Cepl

Dr. Mohammad Ta'Amnha holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the University of East Anglia, where academic contributions included roles as a Visiting Academic and Associate Tutor from 2010 to 2018, as well as a Teaching Assistant at German Jordanian University in 2010. Since October 2014, Dr. Ta'Amnha has served as an Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management at German Jordanian University, while also fulfilling positions as Human Resources Development Project Manager and Accreditation and Quality Assurance Director. Current roles include Course Instructor at Morgan International since March 2022, ongoing Human Resources Consultant since October 2018, and Reviewer for the Journal of Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Equity and Diversity since December 2015. Additional leadership experience includes directing the Career Guidance and Alumni office at King Abdullah II for Development and heading the Management Sciences Department at German Jordanian University. Dr. Ta'Amnha holds several professional certifications including SPHRI, GPHR, SHRM-CP, and CEPL.
