Rima Shaar

Rima Shaar has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Rima started their career in 1992 as a certified trainer, consultant, and HR lecturer for International Organizations & AUB. Rima then worked as a lecturer at the American University of Beirut from 2000. In 2008, they became the Director of Learning & Development at Morgan International. Rima also worked as a regional HR Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they served as a panelist at Fleminggulf in 2012.

Rima Shaar completed their education in a chronological manner. Rima pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration in Management from the American University of Beirut from 1988 to 1994. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Management from the same institution. Following this, Rima Shaar pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. in Human Resources from an educational institution between 1997 and 1999.
