Kyle Klimoski

Kyle Klimoski has a diverse range of work experience in the field of learning and development. Kyle started their career at Interpublic Group of Companies as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they led training programs for the Concur Travel & Expense project. After that, they joined DIAMOND MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS, where they served as an Instructional Designer/Trainer and later became an L&D Senior Professional. During their time at DIAMOND, they managed the redesign of the firm's New Hire training program and facilitated the onboarding process.

In 2010, Kyle moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Learning & Development and later as a Manager in Advisory L&D. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, they designed milestone training programs for new Directors and Managers, handled project management responsibilities, and managed stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

In 2011, Kyle joined ZS Associates as a Learning & Development Specialist - North America Lead, and later became the North America Training Lead. Kyle collaborated with internal clients to develop training plans, led global new hire orientation programs, and supervised a team. Kyle also worked closely with stakeholders in India and Europe to develop communication plans.

After their time at ZS, Kyle worked at Talent Partners as a Senior Manager of Learning, where they managed the onboarding process and implemented a firm-wide curriculum.

Currently, Kyle is at Extreme Reach, where they hold the position of Senior Director of Learning & Development. Prior to this, they were the Director of Learning & Development and Director of Platform Support at Extreme Reach.

Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing training programs, managing stakeholders, and leading teams.

Kyle Klimoski's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Southwest High. It is unclear if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field at this institution.
