Senior Director Of Learning & Development at XR Extreme Reach

Kyle Klimoski has a diverse range of work experience in the field of learning and development. Kyle started their career at Interpublic Group of Companies as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they led training programs for the Concur Travel & Expense project. After that, they joined DIAMOND MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS, where they served as an Instructional Designer/Trainer and later became an L&D Senior Professional. During their time at DIAMOND, they managed the redesign of the firm's New Hire training program and facilitated the onboarding process.

In 2010, Kyle moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Learning & Development and later as a Manager in Advisory L&D.
