Al Sandoval

Al Sandoval is an experienced operations and plant management professional, currently serving as General Manager at MORGAN Li since August 2023. Prior roles include Plant Manager at S & S Hinge Company, where responsibilities spanned from June 2017 to July 2023, and Director of Manufacturing at Advance Pallet Inc. in early 2017. From February 2008 to November 2016, Al held the position of Operations Manager at Roman Decorating Products, overseeing various aspects of production and warehousing in a large, unionized facility. Additional experience includes Production Manager and Plant Manager roles at FHP and CFM Harris, respectively, focusing on safety, quality, and profit and loss management across large manufacturing operations. Al Sandoval began the career at Orbit Design, advancing from Production Manager to Operations Manager. Al holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
