Sarah Castleberry

Sarah Castleberry is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Senior Attorney Recruitment Lead at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Since May 2023, Sarah has been responsible for in-house attorney recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Attorney Recruiter and Senior Attorney Search Director at LHH and Parker + Lynch Legal, respectively, where market analysis and candidate sourcing for attorney roles were key responsibilities. Sarah's legal practice experience spans various roles, including Associate Attorney at DiPietro Family Law Group and Hadley Law, PLC, focusing on immigration and family law. Earlier positions included consulting and contract attorney roles involving electronic document review, as well as a law clerk position at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
