Stuart Williams

Stuart Williams is a Senior Commercial Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, leading the commercial aspects of significant projects such as the £225m M27 smart motorways initiative and currently working with the PPP team alongside Sellafield Limited. Previous roles include Commercial Manager responsible for the Manchester Airport Relief Road, contract reviews, risk management, and commercial performance on the Manchester Victoria Station re-development. Prior to Morgan Sindall, Stuart held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty Regional Civil Engineering, managing multiple projects valued up to £30m, and Quantity Surveyor at North Midland Construction PLC focusing on the Power sector and other infrastructure projects. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Property Development & Construction from Nottingham Trent University, an HNC in Building from Coventry University, and a BA in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
