Zack Michalski

Zack Michalski is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently employed by Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure since June 2016. Notable projects include the project management of CP6 Western Structure Renewals involving the delivery of renewals on six structures and Engineering Assurance on 18 bridge structures for Network Rail. Michalski has also overseen the Kings Cross Redevelopment, focusing on multidisciplinary rail remodelling, and managed Overhead Line Electrification Construction and civil design works for 400kV GIS Substations within complex environments. Prior experience includes significant roles at Laing O'Rourke, Novo Rail Alliance, and Burton Contractors, covering varied aspects of project delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and construction works. Zack holds a Civil Engineering degree from UNSW and an Associate Diploma in Surveying Engineering from the Sydney Institute of Technology.
