Ángel Laguillo Chiva holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety and Ergonomics from SN Formation. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure for the Beckton DLR Depot upgrade project, Ángel previously held several significant roles, including Quality Assurance Manager at Enable, and Civils & Architectural Quality Assurance Manager at BBMV UK JV Crossrail, specifically on the C512 Whitechapel Main Station project. Ángel's earlier experience includes positions as a Quality and Certification Engineer and Section Engineer at Crossrail, Project Engineer for a major road project in Singapore with Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd, and co-founding Proysercan Ingeniería. Additional experience includes serving as a Resident Engineer on a high-speed railway project and working as a Transport Planner Engineer during an internship at the University of Cantabria.
