Anthony Donnelly

Anthony Donnelly is an experienced Operations Director at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, responsible for driving operational excellence within the Great Grid Partnership since January 2025. Previously, Anthony served as Design Delivery Director at COWI, leading a large multidisciplinary design team on the HS2 (MWCC) C23 project from May 2022 to October 2024. From May 2020 to April 2022, Anthony was the Sector Lead C1 for the HS2 EWC phase 1 central at Fusion JV, overseeing the delivery of design and build contracts. Earlier roles include Senior Project Manager at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, managing significant projects at Heathrow Airport, and Senior Engineer at McArdle Group, focusing on earthworks and substructure construction. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from both Edinburgh Napier University and Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
