Beth Howells

Beth Howells is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Manager at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since November 2022, Beth previously held the position of Senior Rewards Consultant at Inchcape plc from May 2022 to November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Advisor - Group, Sales & Asia Pacific and HR Advisor at Control Techniques from August 2016 to May 2022, and as Senior Recruitment Advisor at Abacare from February 2014 to August 2016. Beth is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Wrexham University from 2023 to 2025, and has completed CIPD Qualifications through DPG Learn in 2020.
