Carole Bardell-wise

Carole Bardell-Wise CMIOSH currently serves as the SHEQ & People Director at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since January 2022. Previously, Carole held the positions of HSQE Director and Health & Safety Director at Crossrail Ltd from June 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Health, Safety and Security for Area North Phase 1 at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, SHE Director for Rail at Costain, and HSE & Sustainability Manager for Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK at Heathrow Airport. Carole's career also includes roles as HSE & Q Manager at Balfour Beatty Major Civil Engineering during the Aquatics Centre project for The Olympic Park, and SHE Manager for multiple rail projects at Balfour Beatty Rail Projects. Carole holds a BSc Hons 1st in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2000.
