Martyn Hodge is an experienced senior leader in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Bid Director for Energy and Water at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since July 2023. With a proven track record in strategic business development, Martyn has led large-scale collaborative tenders in various sectors including Energy, Water, Defence, and nuclear. Prior experience includes roles as Work Winning Director and Head of Work Winning at Balfour Beatty plc, where significant infrastructure contracts were secured, contributing to business growth strategies worth approximately £1.5 billion, alongside roles at G4S, Colas Rail Ltd, Hitachi Rail Europe, Bombardier Transportation, and the Royal Navy. Martyn holds an MBA from Canterbury Christ Church University and has a comprehensive engineering background from the Royal Navy.
