Claire Bond has extensive experience in business systems and planning within the property and housing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at Morgan Sindall Property Services since June 2014, Claire plays a vital role in the IT transformation team and focuses on enhancing the Microsoft CRM system. As a Planning Team Leader, Claire oversees the maintenance and gas servicing of 4,500 properties, managing a team of planners to ensure high standards of work. Claire's previous roles include Senior Planner at Lovell, where responsibilities involved office management and planning oversight, as well as a range of roles at Merlin Housing Society, Gillmans & Sons, and Apollo 2000, highlighting a strong background in administration and project planning.
