Chad Turner

Chad Turner is the current Managing Director and COO of E*Trade at Morgan Stanley. Chad has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Chad started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Accountant from 1995-1998. Chad then moved to The Dot Com Group as their Controller from 2000-2001. After the dot com bubble burst, they went to Plante & Moran from 1998-2000 before finally landing at E*TRADE in 2004, where they have been for the past 16 years.

Chad has been instrumental in helping E*TRADE grow from a small startup to a major player in the online trading industry. Chad was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and helped the company weather the financial crisis of 2008. In 2020, they were recruited by Morgan Stanley to help turn around their own online trading platform.

Chad Turner attended Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
