Christina Dacauaziliqua

Christina Dacauaziliqua is an accomplished Senior Learning Specialist and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where a global learning experience strategy for over 20,000 Technology and Business staff has been designed. With a focus on Agile education and community engagement, Christina has developed firmwide standards and delivered a comprehensive Agile playbook. Prior roles include Vice President and Technology Training Manager, where global employee productivity improvement initiatives were spearheaded, as well as Associate Global Manager for Research Technology Training, where personalized learning solutions were crafted for research analysts. Christina began their career as an Elementary School Teacher at Colégio Expressão and holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Political Sciences from Baruch College.
