Denise McCool

Denise McCool is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, having served as Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer for Research at Morgan Stanley from January 2011 to October 2016. During this tenure, Denise also held roles as Managing Director and Global Head of Business Unit Risk and Global General Counsel within the Research division. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Equity Capital Markets Law at Linklaters and in Securities Law at Fried Frank. Denise holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Arts in History/International Relations, both from Boston University.
