Duane Shoemaker

Duane Shoemaker is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in instructional design and program management. Currently serving as a Training Program Manager-Design Advisor and Vice President at Morgan Stanley since July 2018, Duane leads the design of custom learning deliverables and collaborates on needs assessments for wealth management field audiences. Prior to this role, Duane was the President of Training Professional Excellence, Inc., and held various training positions at JPMorgan Chase and the Army National Guard, where responsibilities included developing training materials and managing instructional design teams. Duane's military background includes serving as a Commissioned Officer in the Ohio Army National Guard, with engagements ranging from Camp Commander to S3 Operations Officer. Academically, Duane holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Utah and an AA in General Education from the College of Eastern Utah.
