Jill Ray

Jill Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and vendor oversight. Currently serving as Vice President at Morgan Stanley since March 2023, Jill Ray focuses on third party program risk reporting strategy and metrics. Previously, at SEI from September 2019 to February 2023, Jill Ray provided strategic direction for the Third Party Risk Management Program, overseeing 700 third parties internationally. Jill Ray also contributed significantly to the corporate-wide third party risk management program at Charles Schwab from April 2007 to July 2018, managing a base of approximately 1,300 suppliers and $1.7 billion in spend, and administering incentive compensation plans for over 15,000 employees. Jill Ray holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University West and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
